After playing Butterfest the night before, the Gus Bus left Butterfest after 3am and made the 2.5 hour drive back to Milwaukee for our first time at St Roman's Festival: a noon timeslot on Father's Day (note: Dave and Joe were asleep within 5 minutes of hitting the road, rumor is they can pretty much fall sleep anywhere!)
After a quick powernap and some Starbucks, the band headed to St Roman's festival grounds and had the stage set by 11:30am. The weather was quite warm and a bit muggy, but the sun was bright and not a cloud in the sky, a great day to be outside!
Thanks to everyone who came out after taking Dad to brunch, and helped make it a good time. Kim from Broadway Productions did a nice job on sound, and as always, special thanks to Scott and Lisa for providing the photos!
